Kari has experience with litigation matters in the education sector.
She currently attends Southwestern Law School.
Kari serves as a paralegal in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s ARC: Advanced Records Center, which provides thorough and effective support for public records-related matters in a cost efficient manner. In addition, she is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist.
Before joining BB&K, Kari worked as a senior paralegal at the Los Angeles Unified School District. In this role she assisted in complex litigation matters. During her undergraduate career, she interned at Community Legal Aid SoCal and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
Kari is currently an evening student at Southwestern Law School, where she chairs the Trial Advocacy Honors Program Board, participates as a staff member on Law Review, and serves as a Dean’s Fellow. Dean’s Fellows are carefully selected from among the best in their class based on their academic success and ability to teach other students best-practice study methods that will help them become acclimated to the study of law. The Dean’s Fellow Program is highly competitive. She also externed for the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, knitting and travelling with her husband.
