Aryan Vahedy

Aryan Vahedy is an experienced litigator who represents private and public entities in business, insurance and real estate disputes. Aryan understands the unique and complex challenges that businesses face, and helps his clients successfully navigate the pitfalls of litigation. With this understanding, he is also able to carefully craft litigation strategies that are resolute and cost-effective.
 
Aryan counsels business owners, entrepreneurs, developers, and title insurance companies and their insureds on issues involving liability, ownership, encumbrances and valuations. Aryan also represents municipalities and other government entities in various types of causes of action, including contractual disputes and negligence matters.
 
Before joining Best Best & Krieger, Aryan practiced litigation at Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench, LLP, where he litigated insurance defense matters, product liability claims and contract disputes. During this time, Aryan successfully participated in several binding arbitrations and high-stakes mediations on behalf of insurance companies and corporations.
 
Outside of the office, Aryan enjoys playing soccer, learning about emerging technologies and discovering new restaurants.
