Best Best & Krieger LLP was ranked No. 6 overall on Law360’s 2021 Diversity Snapshot report among law firms with 101 to 250 attorneys.
Law360 notes that the firms represented “have made renewed pledges to devote themselves to improving diversity and inclusion … and stepped up the hiring and promotion of diversity professionals to steer long-term diversity goals.”
The full list of rankings is based on survey results from 266 law firms nationwide. Law360 researchers also based this year's results on firm headcount breakdowns and ways in which they align with the potential marketplace of hires.
BB&K also earned the No. 4 spot on Law360’s 2021 list of Top Law Firms for Diverse Equity Partners among similarly sized law firms.
