City Attorney for Malibu Discusses Ordinances to Protect Residents

After Malibu was hit with a devastating wildfire that destroyed hundreds of Malibu homes, some residents encountered price-gouging in the local rental market. The real estate publication The Real Deal reported on the illegal practice of spiking rents after a disaster.
