Telecommunications 101: Current Legal Issues Affecting Telecommunications

At the States of California & Nevada Chapter meeting of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors in Pasadena Thursday, attendees received a primer on the many recent developments in telecommunications law as they relate to local governments. The latest developments, such as the FCC’s proposal for Internet video programming, as well as the California Court of Appeal’s decision giving guidance on the proper use of PEG fees, are discussed in this PowerPoint presentation.
