D.C. Litigator Lisa A. Bell Joins BB&K Labor & Employment Practice

Best Best & Krieger LLP welcomes Partner Lisa A. Bell, a veteran litigator who has joined the firm's Labor & Employment practice group in Washington, D.C. Lisa brings a unique and diverse practice, having experience representing both private sector and government contractor clients at law firms, as general counsel to local companies and senior counsel and trial attorney at a public agency.
 
Lisa focuses on employment law, whether it be in the courtroom, advising on investigations and other personnel matters or helping employers be proactive and risk-resilient in crafting policies. Her practice also includes commercial law, constitutional torts, insurance and real estate litigation matters.
 
Lisa has handled a number of high-profile litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative boards and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Program. She oversaw more than 100 matters as senior counsel and trial attorney in the D.C. Office of the Attorney General. She has worked for Am Law 100 and boutique firms and is a Certified Instructor with the National Trial Advocacy Association.
