
Christoper H. Calfee is returning to his home firm of Best Best & Krieger as an of counsel attorney in their environmental and natural resources practice.
Calfee was appointed more than a year ago by Gov. Schwarzenegger as special counsel to the California Natural Resources Agency and Office of Planning and Research to help develop and adopt key guidelines to aid state agencies and local government bodies in determining if the projects or activities they are considering generate significant greenhouse gas emissions and how those emissions can be reduced or offset. The guidelines became effective today.
